About the Role

高级专员， 高净值&客户经营

工作职责：

• 根据业务发展情况，将客户当前和未来的需求和偏好作为改进产品和服务质量的动力，以提高客户的满意度和忠诚程度；
• 参与和推动有关Agency渠道客户驱动的专项工作，如客户分层经营规划，满足不同客群尤其是高客群体需求的活动的策划、组织、推动能力；
• 以客户视角为导向，推动提高营销员获客、活客、暖客、转化等相关环节的效率与质量。
• 主管交代的其他工作

任职要求

• 统招本科及以上学历，数据统计等相关专业优先；
• 5年以上客户经营相关经验， 行业不限；
• 具有业务前线思维，了解业务发展部组织架构和业务环境佳；
• 具有良好的业务管理的决策，对公司业务管理政策的高敏感性。
• 高净值客户经营（如汇丰银行等高端客户经营），有绩优体系搭建和队伍引领经验佳
