Job Overview
The candidate will be an integral part of the Legal Department and work closely with our attorneys, paralegals, legal administrators, and business colleagues to drive and achieve our corporate business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Draft, review, and analyze contracts
Prepare documents for mergers and acquisitions
Assist in closing transactions and handling post-closing administration requirements
Research and draft responses to informal agency investigations
Oversee the Company’s subpoena response process
Maintain litigation holds
Prepare and organize information for various meetings, including board of director and board committee meetings, draft agendas, draft meeting minutes and assist in the maintenance of corporate records
What You’ll Need:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
Organized and conscientious
Ability to think analytically
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional demeanor, especially with the handling of confidential or sensitive information
Ability to work within a dynamic environment
Team orientation
Experience with project management
Proficiency in legal research
Paralegal certificate, Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent professional experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Adobe and LicenseHQ / LicensePro
Proficiency with contract management and ediscovery software
Notary license
