AutoStore is seeking a highly strategic, operationally rigorous, and execution-focused HR PMO & Transformation Director to serve as a key partner in driving the transformation, coordination, and effectiveness of the global people organization. This role will translate strategic priorities into execution across the global HR function while ensuring alignment, governance, executive communication, and operational discipline.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide people transformation, M&A due diligence and integration, leadership team effectiveness, strategic program management, board and executive preparation, and cross-functional coordination. This is a high-impact role designed to maximize the effectiveness and accelerate the maturity of AutoStore’s global people function.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the CHRO to drive strategic priorities across the global people organization
Lead HR transformation office activities, including strategic initiatives, governance, and execution tracking
Coordinate leadership team operating rhythms, planning cycles, and functional priorities
Support executive communications, board materials, presentations, and key leadership forums
Drive cross-functional alignment across HR Centers of Excellence, HRBPs, Workplace, and broader business stakeholders
Monitor strategic progress, KPIs, and organizational priorities
Improve operational discipline, follow-through, and organizational effectiveness within the HR function
Lead and coordinate M&A due diligence and integration projects
Serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver on sensitive people, organizational, and business matters
Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience in strategy, HR transformation, consulting, program management, or senior operational leadership roles
Strong expertise in:
Strategic planning
Executive operations
Program management
Organizational transformation Executive communication
Governance
Stakeholder management
Proven experience supporting senior executives in high-growth or complex environments
Exceptional business acumen and organizational capability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple enterprise priorities simultaneously
