About the role:
As an Tech Lead/ Eng Manager at Equip, you'll create and lead a new engineering team, focusing on culture, product development, and team empowerment. The role blends technical leadership with management responsibilities, suitable for those with a hands-on engineering background.
We want Leads/Engineering Managers who have a track-record as engineers and want to continue growing as a technical leader focusing on people and product. Your job is to empower each engineer on the team to do the best work of their career-to-date. Each Lead/Engineering Manager is going to customize the role a bit — contributing a blend of technical, people, and product experience.
As one of the early managers in a fast growing company, you’re setting culture not just for engineering but for Equip as a whole. You, along with the rest of Equip leadership and people teams, are responsible for building a diverse, inclusive, and hard-working organization. We are excited to work on this together!
Equip is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status
