Description

Your Role:  

Reporting to the Embedded Maintenance Team Lead the Operational Maintenance Crew Leader is required to lead their allocated crew and provide general supervision. You will also have accountability for: 

  • Managing allocated team and resources and deliver serviceable aircraft on time and within budget 

  • The provision of SME advice on availability of approved alternative spare parts and materials and present solutions to enable aircraft dispatch 

  • Drafting and presenting new or updated instructions to improve safety and efficiency of Part 145 Operations.  

  • Maintaining awareness of customer requirements and present commercially viable options  

About You:  

  • The ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance at NV1 

  • CASA/DASA issued B1 licence 

  • DASA KC-30A B1 Licence/ CASA A330 B1 Licence (6 months certifying currency in 24-month period) 

  • Current Human Factors Certificate 

  • Demonstrated understanding of external technical and maintenance support networks. 

  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in aircraft maintenance supervision 

  • Extensive experience as a transport category aircraft maintenance team lead/supervisor in Line or Base maintenance environments.
