You will play a pivotal role in our mission by leading the design and build of our next-generation Self-Service Application for Motorola Partners. This isn't just a portal; it’s a mission-critical ecosystem designed to empower our partners with autonomy, speed, and a seamless digital experience.


Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Decomposing user stories and driving technical conversations

  • Own and lead end-to-end project execution, managing timelines, risk mitigation, and milestones from initial scoping up to final delivery

  • Work with the team to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines

  • Provide direct leadership and people management, acting as the reporting manager for a team of internal employees and/or external contractors, including task assignment, mentoring, and performance guidance

  • Collaborate with architects to advance product features/development

  • Understand and advocate best practices in high-level system designs

  • Lead and drive functional and technical design requirements for development and provide overall platform domain expertise

  • Lead, collaborate with, and motivate cross-functional teams of user experience designers, developers, testers and others to develop, execute, and release Salesforce services in alignment with major program/portfolio and/or product roadmaps


Basic Requirements

Qualifications

  • Ability to create technical documentation, requirements, designs, and user stories for business solutions

  • Ability to communicate ideas to technical teams and business partners

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading technical projects and leading work towards delivery timelines in an enterprise environment

  • People management experience, with a track record of directing, developing, and managing the workload of direct reports and/or external contractors

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment

  • Experience of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, business administration, or related field

  • Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
