Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind our dispatching services. You'll collaborate closely with our Operations Team to transform complex business needs into elegant, efficient technical solutions. Your work will optimize our global network of chauffeurs, ensuring perfect experiences for our guests worldwide.

Your Impact

  • Architect and implement advanced features for our Go-based dispatching service
  • Translate operational requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
  • Optimize data management across MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
  • Enhance our React-based back-office web app with intuitive UI components
  • Develop sophisticated backend optimization algorithms to streamline operations
  • Contribute to a motivated, open-minded team focused on elevating travel experiences

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with two or more programming languages, particularly Go or Ruby
  • Strong background in HTTP protocols and REST API development
  • Proficiency in database management, especially SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and domain-driven design
  • Familiarity with React and modern web development paradigms
  • Understanding of continuous integration, test automation, and best coding practices
