Key Responsibilities

Program/Project Management

  • Prepare current processes for AI by partnering across teams to prioritize automation opportunities.

  • Translate opportunities into comprehensive project plans and program roadmaps.

  • Manage projects/programs from inception to sustainment, ensuring flawless execution within budget and timelines.

  • Drive accountability through clear definitions, communication, feedback, and effective project management.

  • Help define and deliver organizational goals with metrics and supporting data.

  • Identify and manage risks, making informed decisions based on data.

  • Develop ways to measure and monitor program performance, providing consolidated reports for our collaborators.

Leading Through Influence

  • Encourage and persuade others to adopt processes, systems, tools, or behaviors for successful program implementation.

  • Use change management methods to accelerate adoption and capture return on investment.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, bringing to bear storytelling techniques to effectively engage and influence decisions, behaviors, or opinions.

Collaborating with Others

  • Foster positive relationships with collaborators to achieve objectives.

  • Coordinate with program sponsors and collaborators to define problems, scope, progress measurements, timelines, and resources.

  • Build support and foster collaboration during change processes.

  • Effectively manage conflicts throughout the program or project lifecycle.

Competence in the field and strong business insight

  • Apply procurement domain knowledge for capital construction and facilities operation.

  • Apply business insight to incorporate standard methodologies and lessons learned in program and project execution.

Data Proficiency

  • Understand, interpret, and act on data to drive decision-making, curiosity, and innovation.

  • Achieve efficient results for Micron's central initiatives through data-driven insights.

  • Embrace new tools, processes, and systems for innovative ways of working and continuous improvement.

You Are

  • Proficient in goal planning and program management methodologies, demonstrating a track record of successful implementation and

  • Proficient in applying data to make critical decisions and drive strategic goals.

  • Exhibit strong communication skills, actively listening, and conveying complex issues concisely and accurately to all organizational levels.

  • Show an open-minded approach to collaboration across various regions, promoting a global perspective.

  • Demonstrate a keen skills for business acumen and data fluency, demonstrating insights for data-driven decision-making.

  • Background in coordinating and tracking grants and working with governmental agencies is a plus.

  • Exhibit leadership without authority, embracing an inclusive approach across geographical and organizational cultures to achieve mutual success for Micron.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or Procurement, or equivalent experience.

  • 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in program management with proven experience in program delivery and change management.

  • Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Power BI, Change Management, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, Confluence), or equivalent.

  • SAP experience and Change Management Practitioner Certification (PROSCI) are preferred

  • Demonstrates proficiency in written and verbal communication and presentation skills!
