We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to support delivery, with annual spend of up to $5 million or revenue support of approximately $200 million. This senior manager role reports to the Marsh Tech Portfolio Delivery Lead.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working across teams, building strong relationships, and helping ideas become reality. Communication skills are highly important. Ability to communicate across all team members is essential for project success. The TPM needs to work with the business to understand their vision and work across the development teams to bring the vision to reality.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact, collaborate across the business, and contribute to the delivery of valuable products and services. This is a leadership role within the Marsh Tech and is based in the Marsh Innovation Centre in Dublin.

We will count on you to:

  • Partner with business leaders, product owners, engineers, architects and delivery leads to shape and maintain multi-year product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate IT delivery in partnership with Product and Delivery Engineering Leads.
  • Support delivery, helping ensure new capabilities are delivered on time, within budget, follow Marsh architecture and engineering standards and use AI tooling where possible.
  • Manage product runtime and capital resources and budgets.
  • Own and maintain the data in Marsh Technology Asset Inventories, ensuring it remains accurate, up to date, and regularly reviewed.
  • Proactively identify emerging technologies within the market and across the wider Marsh enterprise that could help address business needs in your area.

What you must to have:

  • Proven experience delivering technology initiatives successfully.
  • Strong communication skills are highly important. Ability to communicate across all team members is essential for project success.
  • Experience operating at a senior manager level and working in partnership with senior business leaders to define strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills.
  • A strong, broad understanding of technology and how it can be used to solve business challenges.
  • Experience in technology strategy, roadmap planning, and project budgeting.
  • The ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • A good understanding and practical experience working in Agile development.
  • Experience managing the technology strategy for one or more products.
  • Relevant technical qualifications such as SAFe SPC or ASPC and/or SAFe Lean Portfolio Management would be beneficial.

  • A solid understanding of the Insurance or Broker business would be beneficial.

Note this role is based in the MMC Innovation Centre in Dublin, and the successful candidate is expected to be in the office 3 days per week.
