Role purpose

The Key purpose of the Team Assistant Brand Space Coordinator is to provide administrative and sales support to the Brand Space Manager to ensure they achieve their objectives in regards to driving new business opportunities across the VCX Portfolio.

The Brand Space Coordinator will assist the Brand Space Manager with their responsibilities, maintain centralised client data, create presentations, liaises with the wider regional / national team, assist with execution delivery and provide general sales support.

This is a 12 month parental leave contract until September 2025. Part time 27.8 hours per week.

What will you bring?

  • You will be an experienced administrator who has worked in a similar team coordination role ideally within a sales and operational function.

  • You will have extensive experience using the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and a flair for creating professional presentations and marketing collateral that can be used by the broader sales team.

  • You will bring outstanding communication and organisational skills; have the ability to multi-task and a strong attention to detail.

  • You have a positive attitude; thrive in working in a fast paced environment and a customer service ethic that is second to none.
