The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you assist in managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, conduct market research, and develop product marketing strategies, helping to deliver solutions that provide distinctive benefits for our clients.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Business Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Economics
- Preferred Cumulative GPA: 3.0
- Preferred Major GPA: 3.3
- Products and Technology associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements.
- Proficient in managing product life cycle
- Conducting market research for user needs and trends

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
