Job Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves drinks to patrons and guests.

• Present menu/drinks list and answer enquiries

• Take orders and serve food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures

• Familiar and have good knowledge of the Outlet’s Menu and Wine List.

Job Requirements:

• Junior High School or above

• At least 6 months previous experience as a bartender is required

• Must be able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin and simple English
