What are we looking for? • A degree level (Business/Engineering); MCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) Qualification would be preferred but not mandatory. • 7+ years working experience in managing oil & gas projects in either downstream or upstream. Comprehensive experience within Contracting & Procurement (CP) preferred but not mandatory. • Proven track record of execution excellence & delivering results. Able to adjust global strategies to the current situation of the local business and market conditions. • Highly driven, ‘can do’, inspiring, able to articulate in a crisp and precise manner. Understand the business, the end-to-end process in the Supply Chain and is able to communicate in business language. • Uncompromising on HSSE, ethics & compliance, Continuous Improvement, and simplification mindset. • Category Specific Skill o Should have strong experience in the desired category, strong presentation and communication skills, track record in sourcing, analytical and presentation skills Required
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
