Job Summary
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Parametric Technology (Shanghai) Software Co. Ltd., you will be a key technical expert responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating the value of our cutting-edge software solutions, and guiding customers through the implementation process. You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements, ensuring successful adoption and maximum ROI for our clients.

Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.
* Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to specific customer needs.
* Develop and deliver proof-of-concept (POC) projects to showcase the effectiveness and suitability of our solutions.
* Provide expert technical consultation and guidance throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer questions and concerns.
* Design and propose optimal technical architectures and implementation strategies for customer environments.
* Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product development teams, providing feedback and insights.
* Assist in the creation of technical proposals, statements of work, and other sales collateral.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest advancements in our product portfolio.
* Mentor junior solutions engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role for enterprise software.
* Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and customer engagement strategies.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
* Demonstrated ability to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
* Experience with CAD Customization
* Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
