Act as a strategic thought-leadership role requiring superior leadership skills, strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities to drive sizable, complex, cross functional results. Our Pantry business includes Snacks, Beverages, Meals, Intl, Sauces, & Condiments, Breakfast, Baking & Commodities. Our CAC business includes Frozen foods, Adult beverages, Dairy and Candy, Convenience, Fuel. 

 

Supporting the entire Walmart US segment, the role requires a broad understanding across the entire business to enable input into all major financial decisions and will often be required to work in matrixed situations.  

 

The ability to challenge all aspects of the business in delivering improved performance whilst maintaining strong working relationships is key to success in this role. Additionally, the ability to understand business trends, foresee financial opportunities and risks, and effectively influence business results is an important part of the everyday

Identifying Business Growth Ideas – Generate ideas to growing the business demand, understanding the connectivity of business ideas, and creating risk mitigation plans to maximize business strategies

Transforming Ways of Working – Partner with other areas of finance and into the functional business areas to transform the finance teams into leveraging and adopting new technologies, processes, and ideation approaches

Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related areaMBA highly preferred 

  • 5 year of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects                                               

  • 5 years of supervisory experience                             

  • 5+ years of experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization                                             

  • 5+ years of experience of Strategic Planning 

  • Merchandising Finance experience 

  • Experience working in Fortune 100 finance 

  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines 

  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills 

  • Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency 

  • Comfort with ambiguity

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
