Role: Repair and Replacement Technician
Location: Opportunities Nationwide
Salary:
Up to £30,500 (depending on experience) plus uncapped bonus paid monthly.

The Opportunity

Our aim is to make sure that every customer has a great Autoglass® experience. For you, that means taking personal responsibility for solving customer problems by repairing or refitting replacement glass and other Autoglass® products. It calls for a combination of strong technical skills and outstanding customer service. You will adhere to the right fitting standards (both Belron standards and standards set by the Institute of the Motor Industry), while keeping customers informed and remaining open, professional and personable at all times. You will also have opportunities to:

  • Learn about other Autoglass® products
  • Actively develop your skills and knowledge
  • Support and mentor new team members

Role Requirements


Autoglass® offers a full suite of training for our technicians, however the following qualifications are desired, along with a genuine commitment to excellence customer service even when the work is challenging. You will ideally have:

  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to include LIDAR and RADAR (desired)
  • IMI Accreditation Autoglazing Level 2 (or NVQ equivalent) (desired)
  • Must hold a full driving licence to include Category B, Light Commercial Vehicle >3,500kgs
