We're seeking a People Partner who wants the unique opportunity to build up the People team at one of the most exciting fintech startups in Europe together with the People Lead.

You will work on essential elements of our business and gain in-depth knowledge of what it takes to build a team around a vision!

Top Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers on a range of HR issues, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

• Enhance employee engagement by organizing initiatives and developing systems that promote a triple-A employee experience.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding new talent.

• Develop and implement onboarding programs that welcome and integrate new employees smoothly into our culture and operations.

What You Should Bring With You

• 3+ years of experience in the field of People & Culture, ideally in a start-up or scale-up.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in situations that are new to you.

• Sincere curiosity for solving problems with an "employee is our customer" mindset - you can draw learnings from Sales, Product, Operations and Customer Success to design and deliver employee experiences that are co-created and "people-first".
