Job Description for ABM/BM of Abbott Diabetes Care (Retail Channel)
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy Support
• Assist in developing retail channel brand promotion strategies, including online/offline campaign planning and promotional program design, clarifying market positioning and differentiated competitive advantages to ensure brand alignment with corporate strategy.
• Analyze market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor insights to provide data-driven recommendations for adjusting brand strategies in retail channels for market share improvement.
Brand Campaign Planning
• Support the planning of online/offline brand promotion campaigns, including cross-platform content marketing, promotional campaign design, and digital marketing (e.g., social media and e-commerce platform advertising). Oversee execution and evaluate outcomes to boost brand awareness and drive sales conversion.
• Independently plan and execute offline activities such as in-store display optimization, consumer education, and customer acquisition initiatives (e.g., product roadshows) to improve user awareness and loyalty toward FreeStyle Libre products.
• Manage the design, production, and updates of marketing materials (e.g., product brochures, digital content) to support sales conversion. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during material reviews, maintain a unified brand asset library, and guarantee consistency across all channels.
• Maintain brand image consistency at retail POS (e.g., pharmacies, e-commerce platforms) by ensuring displays align with brand VI guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and corrections to guarantee accurate and cohesive brand messaging.
3. Data Analysis & Feedback
• Regularly track and analyze retail channel sales data, competitor activities, market feedback, and campaign performance. Generate analytical reports with actionable insights to refine strategies and increase market share.
• Manage marketing budgets and profit/loss forecasting, control costs, and evaluate ROI for promotional activities.
• Monitor channel pricing systems to prevent cross-regional sales and maintain market order.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Maintain close, friendly, and smooth communication and collaboration with internal departments and external supplier teams to integrate resources and ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns.
II. Qualifications
1. Education
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Medical-related disciplines, or equivalent.
2. Experience & Skills
• Round 3 years of brand marketing working experience in MNC company of healthcare or consumer goods industries, with familiarity in e-commerce, pharmacy channels preferred.
• Proficient in Chinese copywriting with demonstrated ability to independently develop brand communication materials.
Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) for effective communication with global partners.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to independently deliver market reports.
• Innovative mindset with hands-on experience in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, e-commerce platforms) to design cutting-edge campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental collaboration and external partner management, capable of solving complex issues and driving project execution.
• Proactive ownership mentality, robust project management capabilities, and stress resistance.
