Knowledge Manager

This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency in the Joint Staff processes. As a change management professional, you’ll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a knowledge management plan and improve or automate systems by integrating available technology. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll have a tangible impact on your client’s mission, providing them with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for the better.

You Have: 

• Experience implementing knowledge management principles in supporting change management within a large organization

• Experience in using SharePoint online and managing internet web platforms

• Knowledge of Generative AI tools

• Ability to develop and communicate best practices for integrating tools into everyday businesses processes

• Ability to operate independently and identify intent from broad leadership direction

• Ability to work with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate

• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
