Order Management Manager
Responsible for ensuring seamless end to end execution of customer orders—delivering the right products to the right place at the right time while coordinating cross functionally, optimizing order flows, and driving continuous improvement across sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Manages end-to-end sales order creation and monitoring through both manual and automated channels, ensuring accuracy, protocol adherence, and proper handling of return flows. Oversee the full administrative lifecycle of orders from initiation to recognition.
Collaborate with factory teams to navigate back orders, proactively resolving challenges to meet customer needs and sustain service quality. Leads weekly order book review meetings to align factory and market teams.
Provides expert guidance on standard processes and SAP navigation, supporting colleagues, and strengthening team capability. Drives standardized approaches and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Facilitates clear communication among sales, suppliers, and product planners, ensuring alignment on delivery timelines, constraints, and priorities. Manage exceptional orders proactively to prevent escalations and maintain operational integrity.
Oversee improvement projects that refine order processing systems, track KPIs, and removing roadblocks to success. Leads talent management activities including selection, performance management, development, and overall team effectiveness.
You’re the right fit:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. Requires 2 years of experience with a bachelor's or 1 year with a Master’s in order management, logistics, process improvement, or similar areas.
Strong background in SLA management, order fulfillment, troubleshooting, ERP/Order Management systems, and supply chain concepts.
Experience with people management, resource planning, allocation, escalation management, and change management to support smooth operational execution.
Skilled in KPI management, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and business acumen to drive efficient, compliant, and optimized processes.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
