Wasatch Commercial Management Company is looking for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for an established company. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities.

  • Review and approve AP invoices.
  • Contact vendors and arrange services at properties.
  • Ensure timely payment of rent and other lease commitments.

Qualifications

  • Multi-Task Oriented with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and help others.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office i.e. Word & Excel Programs and able to learn new systems and technology.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Effective Communicator-Speaks clearly, listens and gets clarification when needed.
  • Team Player—positively contributes to the office culture and is always willing to help others.
  • Capable of creating and adhering to a budget-generally financially responsible Additional Information.
  • High school diploma and preferred college degree in related studies.
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in an office environment.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
  • Basic Bookkeeping skills.

Wage Range: $19 - $22/hour
