How you will create an impact:

• 按公司要求完成渠道访问、渠道会议、业务报价等各项业务指标
• 完成每周业务回顾并制定下周业务计划
• 执行渠道培训计划和软文推广以扩大对业务渠道的影响，增加公司销售业绩
• 建立与业务渠道友好而稳固的业务关系
• 完成月度及年度销售指标
• 及时维护及保证客户保险费正常收缴

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 大专或以上学历
• 一年以上销售经验（优秀应届毕业生可适当放开），有保险公司营销企划、组训内勤或交叉销售经验尤佳
• 良好的沟通技巧及演讲技巧
• 熟练运用办公软件
• 具有良好的文字功底，能编辑H5软文和短视频者尤佳
• 工作勤奋，能承受压力
• 精力充沛，思维开朗，执行力强
