What You’ll Get to Do

CACI has an immediate opening for an experienced Business/Systems Analyst to be a member, and transition into team leadership and task assignments of the application configuration, development, and support team for CACI’s Ivalua/P2P procurement platform. This system maintains all functional aspects of Supplier Management and Source-to-Pay business processes. Additionally, multiple integrations exist in and out bound to the financial system, MRP/PLM platform, and several 3rd party webservices. Candidate will have the opportunity to exercise several skills: requirements gathering, data analysis, interface design, application configuration, testing, etc. The business/systems analyst candidate must have good communication skills, ability clearly document requirements, track customer backlog,  in addition to technical aptitude for the design and implementation of new system implementations.

This opening will be an integral member of the team, taking responsibility, working with functional stakeholders and software change agents to document new requirements, communicate and collaborate design and solutioning of requests with the rest of the support/development team, and see the implementation through from inception to completion.

More About the Role

  • This position has responsibility for maintaining a system that contains or is directly exposed to ITAR/CUI. ITAR specifically limits access to U.S. persons.
  • Act as a product owner and manage the customer’s backlog of requests.
  • Work closely with other business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.
  • Prepare Logic statements used within the rules that control the application using both Out of the box designer as well as custom queries built using Structured Querying Language (SQL).
  • Discuss and understand the implementation of software code (low/no code SaaS configuration design rules, SQL data queries, and .NET/C#).
  • Implement low-code configurations to the front-end SaaS application.
  • Conduct unit tests and document findings.
  • Support formal testing in a controlled environment before code is promoted to production.
  • Adhere to program configuration change control standards.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Education can be a degree in business information systems, management information systems, management science, decision support systems, computer science, or similar field.
  • Prior experience performing all aspects of standard SDLC for a production enterprise system.
  • Knowledge and ability to perform commands using SQL (Microsoft SQL Server required, Oracle preferred)
  • Minor programming or scripting experience using different languages.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and understand both functional and technical aspects of an enterprise system and lifecycle.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Project/Team leadership throughout entire software development lifecycle (Agile methodologies preferred)
  • Prior programming experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Procurement and other related back-office systems.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
