We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Japanese speaking Organization & HR Consultant to join our Thailand Employee Benefits team. In this role, you will analyse the current state of organizational and HR management within client organizations, identify key issues, and design tailored solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives. You will also provide implementation support, manage project teams, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

  • Conduct diagnostics and analytics on organization and HR management practices
  • Develop and implement organization and HR strategies aligned with client goals
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to optimize talent deployment
  • Drive change management efforts to support organizational transformation
  • Enhance employer branding to attract and retain top talent
  • Advise on rewards and benefits programs to improve employee engagement
  • Support leadership strategy, assessment, and development programs
  • Manage organization and individual performance management systems
  • Facilitate talent and workforce capabilities enhancement initiatives
  • Improve the effectiveness of HR functions within client organizations
  • Promote effective communication and foster positive corporate culture

What you need to have:

  • Fluency in Japanese, Thai language and English (all in written and spoken) is required
  • Proven experience in organization and HR consulting, preferably within employee benefits or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex organizational issues
  • Experience managing projects and leading client engagements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, change management, employer branding, rewards, leadership development, and performance management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
