Summary:
As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, documenting the implementation of cloud security controls, and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in discussions to refine security strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards, while also addressing any emerging security challenges that may arise during the implementation process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Operate and enhance IGA processes (JML, attestation, SoD, entitlement governance).
- Troubleshoot identity data, reconcile feeds, validate directory attributes, and resolve platform integration issues.
- Support remediation of lifecycle issues across AD, Entra ID, and non AD platforms.
- Perform risk and control activities, including evidence production and exception tracking.
- Execute controls for dormancy, ownership denied, unmapped accounts, and lifecycle flows.
- Support integration uplift, metadata normalization, and control automation.
- Analyse large datasets and produce metrics, dashboards, and control reporting.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with IGA platforms: SailPoint, Entra ID Governance, Saviynt (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of identity data, directory services (AD, Entra ID), and account lifecycle policies.
- SQL/Excel/Power BI experience for analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with IAM controls, attestations, evidence handling, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work across distributed global teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
