The Product Performance Management Senior Specialist is a strategic professional on the Liquidity Management Services (LMS) product team. who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Successful candidate wil  be leading the efforts on building the AI capabilities and driving the data-driven campaigns within LMS globally.

What you will do:

• Strategic AI Project Leadership & Management
  • Lead and meticulously manage multiple projects, complex AI initiatives from inception to delivery, coordinating seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams to ensure strict adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and successful outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and manage inter-dependencies across the AI project portfolio, ensuring streamlined execution and optimal resource utilization.
  • Act as a pivotal bridge between Product and Tech teams, translating strategic business objectives into actionable AI project requirements, fostering collaborative development, and driving consensus to accelerate the deployment of high-impact AI solutions.
• Driving Business Impact through AI & Data-Driven Campaigns
  • Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of highly impactful, data-driven campaigns, leveraging advanced analytics and AI insights to significantly optimize product performance, drive revenue growth, and enhance share of Wallet
  • Design and implement a robust communication strategy, championing the value proposition and driving the commercialization of Analytics and AI initiatives across the organization. This includes articulating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Contribute directly to the achievement of key business objectives by translating AI and analytical insights into measurable strategic actions and tangible business results.
• AI Expertise & Research Leadership
  • Conduct continuous, in-depth research into cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies (with a strong preference for Generative AI expertise), industry trends, and emerging methodologies, ensuring the team and product strategies remain at the forefront of AI innovation.
  • Maintain the team's intellectual leadership in AI, providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to new AI developments.
• Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Engagement (Emphasis: Communication Skills):
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic campaigns and a comprehensive campaign calendar by actively engaging with various business clusters, ensuring strategic alignment with overarching business goals and maximizing impact.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling executive presentations, translating complex analytical findings, project updates, and AI strategic roadmaps into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives that resonate with senior leadership and influence key decisions.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners (Technology, Operations, Legal, Implementations, Sales) to facilitate seamless solution delivery for clients and internal stakeholders.

What we'll need from you:

• Generative AI Expertise: Strong preference for demonstrated expertise and experience in building AI models (Deep Learning), specifically with Generative AI (LLMs), or managing end-to-end Generative AI projects.
• Advanced Data Analytics: Expertise in driving business growth and impact through advanced data analytics.
• AI/ML Acumen: Strong understanding of core AI/ML concepts (e.g., RNN, LSTMs, LLMs, NLP) and proactive continuous research into the latest AI developments.
• Strategic Communication: Exceptional communication and commercialization skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and influence strategic decision-making across diverse audiences.
• Complex Project Management: Proven track record in successful project management of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ideally within an AI or technology-driven environment.
• Ingenuity & Problem Solving: Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations.
• High-Impact Presentations: Demonstrated experience and confidence in delivering high-impact presentations to clients and senior management.
