We are searching for a Human Resources IT Specialist who supports the IT platforms of several parts of the Human Resources function, with a focus on Compensation modules in Workday and AssignmentPro in the Global Mobility area. Hitachi Energy has implemented the advanced compensation modules of the Workday implemented by the Hitachi Group and has a fast-growing population of globally mobile employees that we are looking to serve using the Equus product Assignment Pro. Your role will be to work closely with respective teams to provide technical and administrative support for those important applications, support the education of the users and provide your innovative thinking on how we can make even better use of these tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting each of these tools and the ability of communicating with end users.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing maintenance and updates in Equus Platform.
  • Conduct initial diagnoses of Equus Platform system issues.
  • Support Global Mobility team with reporting needs and providing requested data from the system. 
  • Assess the impact of change requests and testing new configurations in Equus Platform.
  • Work with Workday AMS team on configuration and process improvements to ensure smooth deployment of compensation processes. 
  • Assist in Annual Salary Review processes and Bonus Systems for more than 40’000 employees.
  • Leading or being part of a number of additional different C&B projects aiming at simplification, centralization, digitalization of existing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of Equus Platform and Workday systems.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the HR area including HR systems implementation and project management.
  • Skilled use of MS Office and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of global mobility matters.
  • Highly developed communication, team orientation, process-oriented thinking, understanding interdependencies and attention to detail.
  • High degree of personal responsibilities and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Other European languages such as German and Swedish would be an advantage.
