What you will do:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the import/export processes to ensure compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery of goods.

• Manage documentation related to import and export activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.

• Oversee the customs clearance process and work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

• Implement and monitor performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and ensure adherence to deadlines.

• Provide training and support to staff involved in shipping and receiving activities to optimize performance.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and streamline logistics processes.

How you will do it:

• Develop and enforce procedures for accurate inventory logging and documentation.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in import/export operations or logistics.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in the use of MS Office and inventory management systems.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
