As the Investment Manager in the Investment team, get in on all the action for some of the major clients within the agency.

  • Work with the Client Lead to ensure alignment with and delivery against client KPI’s including media partner selection, tracking performance
  • Implementation of campaigns and reporting process while delivering on the communication and investment objectives for the client
  • Communicate client and product progress effectively to the team and craft leads
  • Prepare POVs for targeted opportunities on an on-going basis for clients to further drive their business
  • Provide senior-level guidance, analysis and POV for client
  • Prepare and present implementation recommendations and post campaign analyses to client, acts the client liaison for marketplace intelligence, negotiation and Partnership needs
  • Leads team and provides insightful input in developing buys that are strategic, deliver on client objectives and meet goals
  • Develop sophisticated plans that leverage data and analytics for multi-faceted media partnerships
  • Contribute to the ideation process with Communications Design, to develop integrated partnerships

  • Maintain client confidentiality and understands the information’s sharing boundaries with media and other external parties
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within and across teams and discipline pillars
  • Delivers strong negotiation results, demonstrating value back to clients business and developing cost benchmarks for future campaigns
  • Understand client’s business and its competitors
  • Develop expertise in the client category, as demonstrated through competitive insights and knowledge of the category in investment negotiations and implementation recommendations
  • Maintain current knowledge of programming trends, competitive nuances, marketplace conditions and economic indicators that impact on Investment Partnerships
