Job Description: ? Provide technical support to resolve customer issues which includes but not limited to performance, latency, connection and data cloud migration. ? Responsible in diagnosing and troubleshooting problems related to cloud-based solutions ? Work with Customers and Partners to provide tailored solutions for their production concerns. ? Provide Google Cloud best practices and recommendations to clients and stakeholders ? Use existing troubleshooting tools and techniques to establish root cause for queries and provide a customer facing root cause assessment. Qualifications: Experience and Technical Skills ? 2-3 years of experience in designing and managing databases with a focus on performance, security, scalability, reliability, high-availability, and disaster recovery. ? Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., Oracle SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). ? Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) is a plus. ? Experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their database services. ? Proficiency in SQL query optimization and performance tuning. ? Experience with database internals, diagnose memory leaks, data corruption, replication, database performance, and tuning. ? Experience in migrating mission-critical database applications from on-premise to cloud or running in a hybrid cloud environment for large enterprise. ? Experience supporting large enterprise customers with high SLO and SLA requirements. ? Ability to manage others and work as part of a team, managing critical tasks and priorities effectively. ? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and present findings to management. ? Amenable for a full RTO setup and flexible working schedule Educational Background ? Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
