We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join us.

Focus:
Build and iterate on AI systems that transform raw call data into insights — from transcription and summarization to conversation intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design preprocessing pipelines for transcripts: speaker diarization, cleaning, chunking, embedding.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for call insight retrieval (e.g., topics, action items, sentiment).
- Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for summarization and QA over calls.
- Build APIs to deliver AI insights to frontend dashboards and search interfaces.
- Collaborate with product/design on conversation visualizations and feedback loops. - Rapidly prototype and evaluate new models (LLM, ASR, emotion detection).
- Design automated evaluation pipelines (e.g., WER, ROUGE, subjective quality metrics).

Requirements:
- 5+ years ML and 2+ years AI engineering experience.
-Experience leading products and projects
- Experience with transcription, RAG, summarization, and prompt optimization. - Familiar with embedding generation and vector retrieval for conversation data. - Comfortable with rapid experimentation and product iteration.- Startup mindset, strong ownership, and interest in multimodal AI systems.
- Experience with developer-AI productivity tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
