Summary:
As an LLM Operations Engineer, a typical day involves leveraging cloud-native platforms and tools to deploy large language models in a scalable and efficient manner. The role requires continuous monitoring of model performance to identify and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensuring that all AI operations adhere to established compliance and security protocols is a key focus. Collaboration with various teams to maintain smooth functioning and optimize deployment processes is an integral part of daily activities, fostering a reliable and secure AI environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in deployment and operational workflows.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align operational goals with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud-native services and tools for deployment and monitoring of AI models.
- Strong understanding of operational challenges related to AI systems and their mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards applicable to AI and machine learning operations.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
