Principais Atividades:

• Operacionalizar treinamentos e eventos, garantindo que toda a estrutura esteja organizada para a realização;
• Controlar a logística de materiais e produtos (envio, retorno e notas fiscais);
• Organizar agendas, cronogramas e materiais de apoio junto a consultores, fornecedores e clientes;
• Controlar brindes, estoque, requisições e orçamentos de treinamentos e eventos;
• Executar rotinas administrativas relacionadas a treinamentos e eventos, assegurando prazos, controles e registros.

Requisitos:

• Experiência prévia na organização e operacionalização de treinamentos e eventos;
• Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Marketing, Relações Públicas ou áreas afins;
• Inglês avançado (desejável);
• Disponibilidade para atuação em teletrabalho e fácil acesso a Porto Alegre/RS.
