Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our applications. Ensure smooth integration between various layers of the software stack. 227/278 Transaction Handling: Manage and optimize the processing of 227 (Health Care Claim Status) and 278 (Health Care Services Review) transactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protocols. Integration: Implement and manage APIs and other integration points to connect with external systems, focusing on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards and healthcare transaction formats. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to 227/278 transactions, application performance, and integration challenges. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for transaction handling processes, system configurations, and coding standards. Compliance and Security: Ensure all development work adheres to industry regulations, particularly those related to HIPAA and healthcare data security. Requirements Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in healthcare transaction processing, specifically 227/278 transactions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js). (Nice to have) Expertise in back-end technologies (Java Spring boot). Strong experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, relational databases). Familiarity with EDI standards and healthcare transaction formats (HIPAA, X12).
