This is an on-call (part-time) position.

Position Description

Enforces the company’s physical security policies and procedures in order to protect employees, equipment, information, operations, facilities, and property.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Administers the company’s physical security policies and procedures within established guidelines.
  • Protects the organization’s assets, including property and all items of value on the premises, from preventable harm or danger.
  • Oversees the daily responsibilities of the contract security guard force.
  • Responds to emergencies, such as severe weather conditions, medical emergencies, fires, floods, bomb threats, etc., through the onsite security force or with the assistance of government agencies.
  • Recommends improvements to safety, security, and emergency preparedness policies and procedures, as necessary.

Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.

Minimum Requirements:

Position requires a high school diploma, or equivalent, and five years of law enforcement experience. Position also requires valid certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED, or the ability to obtain certifications within three months of employment. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
