<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

• <point>Leading a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve their individual goals </point>
• <point>Negotiating and closing bigger deals, showing how it’s done by leading the line for your market working on Tier 0 and Tier 1 deals</point>
• <point>Managing your own sales pipeline, building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities</point>
• <point>Working closely and giving market feedback together with the Senior Country Sales Manager to our product team regarding Bolt Business solutions and how we should develop - you’ll be seeing and hearing what businesses need, so you’ll be an essential voice to our product teams</point>
• <point>Monitoring our competition, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of the industry</point>
• <point>Spotting shifts, opportunities, and changes and making sure we respond and take steps when we need to identify and remove blockers</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>Higher degree in Business Administration or a related field</point>
• <point>6+ years of experience in fast-paced B2B Sales including 2+ years of experience in managing sales teams of 3-6 HC (coaching, mentoring, managing performance, motivating a team, and driving results from the front)</point>
• <point>Excellent English and Polish</point>
• <point>A CRM master, able to analyze the data to maximize the activities of your team</point>
• <point>Expertise in negotiating and closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 deals, ideally selling a service into the SME/Large business sectors and being a hunter, with a history of hitting ambitious goals and thriving on sales, and smashing targets</point>
• <point>Strong business sense and industry expertise in selling B2B business services into large businesses</point>
• <point>Organized, process driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales and well as being an owner and proactively finding solutions to business problems</point>
• <point>Experience in onboarding clients and account management would be an advantage</point>
