Your Job:
 
We believe in the power of movement and the running community. Our stores are more than a retail space, they are a hub for connection, performance, and purpose. We deliver premium products and best-in-class service to runners of all levels, and we bring that to life through community events, local activations, and authentic storytelling.

As the Retail Program Manager at Brooks, you will lead, manage, and deliver programs that elevate the in-store retail experience and strengthen engagement across Brooks’ retail network. This role facilitates the strategy, development, and execution of programs that support new store openings, community impact, associate engagement, and promotional initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to ensure all programs are scalable, brand-right, and aligned to Brooks’ mission to “awaken the runner in everyone”.
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $91,931 - $137,896  per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Location- You will spend 4 days per week in our Seattle offices, as we believe our organization flourishes when connections, collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and celebrations happen in person.
