About the Role

该岗位主要负责统筹项目办公楼全周期租赁策略制定与执行，主导客户开发、商务谈判及签约落地；深耕上海市场，整合业主、代理及企业客户资源；协同内外部团队推进运营闭环，并通过数据分析与租户服务持续提升出租率与客户满意度。

岗位职责：

1.负责项目办公楼的整体租赁策略制定、执行与优化，完成公司下达的租赁指标。

2. 开发并维护业主、代理行、企业客户等渠道资源，拓展租赁客户来源，建立长期合作关系。

3. 独立完成客户接待、带看、谈判、合同签订及后续入驻跟进等全流程租赁服务工作。

4. 进行市场调研，收集并分析竞争对手、租金水平、客户需求等市场信息，为项目租赁策略提供数据支持。

5. 协调内部部门（如物业、财务等）及外部合作方，确保租赁流程高效推进。 负责项目办公楼日常租赁数据统计及报告编制。

6. 日常客户需求对接，意见及投诉处理，提升服务质量和租户满意度。

任职要求​：

1. 本科及以上学历，房地产、市场营销、经济管理等相关专业优先。

2. 5年以上上海办公楼租赁经验，熟悉上海各商务区市场，具备丰富的客户资源及成功案例。

3. 出色的商务谈判能力、客户关系管理能力及市场分析能力。

4. 具备较强的抗压能力和目标导向意识，能独立开拓业务并完成业绩指标。 熟练使用Office办公软件及业务管理系统。

5. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
