Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions that enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.
- Document and communicate business requirements clearly to stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist in validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur.
- Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes to support system design and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex business scenarios.
- Ability to gather, document, and communicate detailed business requirements effectively.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for business process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Openlink Endur.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
