Role Responsibilities:

Leading the CHVAC North Asia Distribution RTR team to

• Perform and report on specific RTR activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including but not limited to ensuring accurate and timely financial results, monthly closing and compliance activities

• Perform and report on specific controls activities including support of internal and external audit activities

• Confirms procedures and controls are in alignment with US GAAP reporting requirements and corporate policies

• Manages, executes and reports on activities to include critical RTR activities around balance sheet and reconciliation

• Execute RTR projects encompassing process enhancements to streamline activity and deliver best practices for RTR

Role Purpose:

• Support specific RTR functions and streamline processes while ensuring strong and uniform controls.

• This role engages on specific activities, partners with Carrier COE RTR team members to ensure delivery of quality and timely financial reporting with a strong focus on internal control environment. 

• This role is a critical support for the RTR COE.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, including prior management level experience

• Good communication skills both written and verbal; Ability to communicate and influence key internal and external business partners
