What You Will Do

  • Manage and coordinate daily shipping and receiving logs.
  • Verify shipping and receiving windows are met and communicate any concerns to the supervisor.
  • Update the Hot Parts Board when expedited parts arrive.
  • Manage inventory to support Installation and Service teams.
  • Maintain Warehouse Vehicle Tracking Sheet.
  • Keep accurate records of parts assigned or picked up by technicians.
  • Maintain the Tools Tracking Sheet and ensure tool inventory is current.
  • Create and request RMAs, track returns for the HVAC Install and Service teams, and provide updates as needed.
  • Communicate daily with various teams regarding all parts received.
  • Identify facility-related issues (e.g., lighting, bathroom fixtures, forklift or delivery truck maintenance) and notify the appropriate personnel for resolution.

How You Will Do It

  • Coordinate logistics to and from outside warehouses.
  • Timely and accurately input incoming tracking slips.
  • Maintain diligent records of packing slips.
  • Track returnable containers.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain an active forklift license.
  • Follow all BOS requirements for shipping, receiving, and transportation management.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested by leadership.
  • Communicate daily with teams regarding all received parts.

What We Look For

Required

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant warehouse/shipping & receiving experience.
  • Experience with hazardous materials shipping.
  • Ability to safely lift heavy boxes or equipment.
  • Experience coordinating incoming and outgoing orders and generating shipping documentation.
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external transportation providers for timely shipments.
  • Ensure accurate permitting, delivery scheduling, and shipment clearance.
  • Investigate non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Receive and verify inbound materials accurately and promptly.

*This is a Bargaining Unit Position. 
Pay Range: $25 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided 
through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary 
range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional
