Summary

The Fuel Tax Coordinator II is responsible for collecting all neccessary documentation required to accurately report fuel taxes on Ryder vehicles.  The Coordinator works directly with Rental and Lease customers to provide education, address exceptions and special account setups.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for contacting customers for missing or inaccurate documents
  • Research customer accounts and individual vehicles to identify non-compliance
  • Review and validate customer reports provided, working with the customer as needed to make corrections
  • Maintain departmental reporting requirements including but not limited to Salesforce cases
  • Provide education and guidance to customers and the Sales Team
  • Participate in renewal process as needed for bulk fuel and customer reporting

  • Meets all outlined SLA and Quality goals established for the team and position.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or GED, required
  • Two (2) years or more of related work experience, required
  • Two (2) years or more related business experience in Fuel Tax, required
  • MS Windows such working with windows and its components, desktop, taskbar, start menu, minimize/maximize/close function, drag/drop, copy/paste, rename, delete, recycle bin, and my computer
  • MS Word such as including styles, mail merge, tabs, tables, columns and breaks, graphics, fields, headers and footers, working with margins, page orientation, and spelling/grammar
  • MS Access such as using queries to display related information from two or more tables, construct selection criteria to extract specific records from tables and queries, and creating and utilizing pivot tables and charts based on query information
