Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end order process, including order entry, order confirmation, changes, and tracking
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, delivery status, pricing, and order‑related inquiries
  • Effectively manage and align customer expectations and sales expectations, ensuring transparency on lead times, availability, and potential risks
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Planning teams to resolve order issues and support customer needs
  • Proactively identify potential delays or issues and communicate timely updates and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Lead regular forecast review meetings by sharing order status, customer expectations, and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date order and customer records in ERP / CRM systems
  • Monitor order status and key milestones to ensure timely fulfillment and invoice readiness
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to order management processes and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
