We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Cycle Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, testing, and automation, with a passion for DevOps and a systematic approach to solving complex problems. This role requires excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, experience in leading teams, and a deep understanding of the infrastructure that runs .NET applications

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AI technology to enhance software and platform engineering.
  • Develop and work with AI agents to automate and accelerate engineering tasks.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of generative AI technologies in software development.
  • Craft and evaluate prompts to generate code, integrating AI-generated code with human-written code.
  • Choose appropriate AI engines for specific tasks, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new applications of generative AI in software engineering.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making on AI integration and develop best practices for combining human and AI efforts.
  • Guide platform and software engineers in adopting AI tools effectively.
  • Contribute to open-source projects that automate software development using AI.
  • Engage with production systems to debug issues, restore services, and drive reliability improvements.
  • Establish governance, guardrails, and quality standards for AI-assisted software development.
  • Build and scale production-grade GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript and Bash scripting.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in software engineering.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and generative AI tools.
  • Experience in integrating AI-generated code with human-written code.
  • Ability to choose and utilize different AI engines based on project needs.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in AI-enhanced software development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile Development Practices, Scrum, and supporting tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and operating scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
  • Experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), multi-agent systems, and AI agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS). Exposure to Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and cloud-native AI tooling is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated testing, monitoring, and observability practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
