About the Role

Work with business users and other development teams to deal with technical solutions design, coding and deployment (e.g. J2EE, Database and Mobile applications).
Provide strongly maintenance support to make sure the existing Java applications running smoothly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. New Call Center Application development (30%)

  • Elicit and analyze business requirement.
  • Design and implement J2EE/Mobile app with team according to the functional specification.
  • Develop Call Center platform and CRM applications
  • Support and provide feasible solution for call center Applications to help business department analyze business process management more efficiently.

2. Systems Support & Maintenance (35%)

  • Troubleshooting for the existing call center related applications and ensure their stability.
  • Hands on incident management and follows up of application systems issues.
  • Ensure the incident is response and resolved within the SLA.

3. Project delivery (20%)

  • Engage in or lead project through the whole project lifecycle.
  • Well coordinate with internal and external team for project delivery on target.
  • Vendor management and task management.

4. IT Processes & User Satisfaction Improvement (15%)

  • Comply with IT standard processes to build Applications to improve on working efficiency.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills in both oral and written

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Software Engineering related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in programming in JAVA stack as Spring, MyBatis, Springboot, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, Vue. Have the experience in WebSphere, tomcat, K8S
  • 5+ years of SQL developing experience in popular database such as Oracle, PolarDB, MS SQL, MySQL etc.
  • AliCloud development experience is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, good coordination and communication skill with users and stakeholders is preferred.
  • Tencent Cloud Real Time Audio and Video (TRTC) related applications development and maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with Call Center CRM related applications is preferred.
  • Be able to lead project team to deliver on target.
  • Quick learner and strong willingness in learning new technologies
  • Be able to work independently under a high pressure
  • Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills of both mandarin and English
  • Life insurance knowledge is preferred.
