The Opportunity:

CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Leader to manage and maintain a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Integrated Public Alert and Warning (IPAWS) support contract. This role is based out of the Technical Services Center (TSC) in Indian Head, MD. As the Project Manager, you'll lead a small team of personnel focusing on emerging Emergency Alert System (EAS) technologies, conduct research, test new hardware and software devices/applications. You will also maintain the facility as a tenant on the Indian Head Naval Support Facility (NSF).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scope, schedule and cost for tasks and activities assigned upon the Task Order.
  • Lead, train and supervise a team of IT professionals Manage the Local Area Network (LAN) and other systems design to provide situational awareness to disparate FEMA location around the U.S. and its territories.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with government personnel.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the TSC structures (backup generator, fuel, heating, cooling, cleanliness, landscape upkeep, and other areas) of the two-buildings assigned to FEMA withing the base.
  • Provide facilities management, technical and functional operations and maintenance/sustainment support.
  • Develop and submit weekly and monthly reports in accordance with guidance provided by the CACI NPWS PM.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
  • CCNA Certification CASP+
  • Microsoft Certification

Desired

  • PMP Certification Test and Evaluation Experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
