• Possess strong Excel skills
• Demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills in English
• Be curious, reliable, and hard-working

Key Responsibilities for Shipping:

• Support the Shipping Accounting team with various reporting tasks
• Verify data accuracy in our in-house trading system
• Assist with uploading financial data into the trading system
• Export invoices from the trading system into the accounting software
• Identify and resolve discrepancies by liaising with operators and accountants
