The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

  • 6+ years of experience in Microstrategy development  (public objects, schema objects)
  • Experience in developing schema objects such as Attributes, Facts and Transformations.
  • Expertise in creating public objects such as filter, prompts and reports
  • Experience in document and dashboard development
  • Experience in working on intelligent cubes and cube reports
  • Good knowledge of security filters and transaction services would a plus.
  • Experience in using object manager and integrity manager.
  • Good understanding of MOLAP, ROLAP, OLAP concepts
  • Experience in leading small to medium teams of BI developers


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in MicroStrategy and SQL
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
