Job Summary:

Manage all accessories to all vehicles according to the different BP:

• Evaluation of the product

• Evaluation of the supplier

• Release the proper information.

• Accountable for the components (parts) / supplier assigned.

• Accountable of their own supplier pannel

• Accountable of Grade 10 people in area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage activities in accessories.

• Manage the technical reports on related accessories:

  • Drawings

  • Specifications

  • SPAN
     

• Run the necessary audits with suppliers according to critical conditions.

• Run the scouting process to get new potential suppliers.

Job Knowledge and Skills:

• Focus on Total customer satisfaction (internal & external) and contribute to the fulfillment of objectives of TCS function.

• Analysis of quality incidents in the field.

• Be open to new challenges in a quicker manner according of necessities.

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills with other stakeholders.

• Skills to run and install mechanical and electronical devices.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to check quality of data material

• Team player, Problem solving and result oriented

• Passion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes and projects (Think outside the box)

• Proactive, focused on results and working under pressure.

• Skill in managing databases (Statistical Analysis, Graphics, Pivot Tables)

• Strong Leadership mindset, NW / NLW.

Years of Experience:

3 years in process analyst / auditor on different comodities.

Iso 9001 certified / Lead Auditor

APQP basis

Education:

• Engineering Automotive Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electromechanics / Industrial or related profession or equivalent experience in Sector.

Specific Course/Certifications:

• Quality Analyst/engineering in automotive industry.

• Quality Manufacturing Process engineer or Auditor in automotive industry

• PQE, STA, SQE, SQA.

• Language: English Toeic 500

• Must have: Valid driver license.

• Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point.

Travel Required?

Partially depending of circumstances.
