Position Overview

Salesforce CRM Transformation- Senior IT  Lead Project Manager oversees the technical implementation and management of Coperion’s CRM systems. This role is responsible for the technical strategy, project management of implementation, specifically requirements and design through implementation and hypercare, as well as maintenance and ongoing support of the system. Partnership is ley for this role as communicating technical concepts to business teams and supporting organizational change management and stakeholders is required. Waterfall and agile project management skills are required to manage the CRM system implementation in Coperion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the IT execution and strategy of sales, service, field service, etc. programs that align to the overall organizational and IT CRM strategy
  • Manage project team resources across many projects at one time that generally span over months or years in duration- allocate, reallocate and keep track decision process with IT leaders
  • Architect project and program strategies that relate to all areas of the project lifecycle for CRM (i.e. Charter, budget, design, development, implementation, communication, training, vendor management, etc.)
  • Partner with sales, business, leadership and IT directors to define portfolio direction
  • Project management, as assigned and needed
  • Oversee the proper execution of the Hillenbrand Project Management Methodology for all sales programs and projects
  • Partner with business leaders on leading through business transformation, specifically supporting and guiding organizational change management

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field
  • 7-10 years of internal/external IT experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance related roles
  • Experience successfully implementing, leading, and supporting CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud)
  • Experience supporting business teams through business transformation, specifically guiding organizational change management principles
  • Experience successfully leading medium to large, complex projects and/or in business/IT consulting/management roles
  • International experience preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • English language required, German and French would be a plus
